Selective Coloring Tutorialby ~chewygummies

Well, I was bored and I have never done a tutorial before.
I just hope you're satisfied with this!

that's cool. you can actually use the color balance as well.

Personally, I feel that color balance is more user-friendly but selective coloring offers the user a wider range of color variations. The latter takes time to get used to, though.
